Happy Thursday Everyone! Sorry for the delay but a family Funeral , two sick toddlers, and one sick husband; makes for little time to do anything other than Clean and wash laundry.
This week’s menu is on Pinterest with all of the recipes that I used. We have Six meals with One day of leftovers!

Remember that we do 100% gluten free and about 75% dairy free but you can always switch items out to make it non-gluten free!
This week I used a lot of my panty seasonings that I always keep on hand and I used a lot of the Freezer meat that I buy on clearance.
This week’s meals include

24oz of Salmon
2.5lb chicken breast
2lbs Ground Chicken
1.5lbs sirloin steaks
1lb Ground Beef
VEG
3 lime(rest and Juice)
2 heads Garlic
1 Mango
2 red bell pepper
1 cilantro
1 red onion
2 avocado
2 stalks celery

4 medium Yukon gold potatoes

1.5c Coconut water
1.5c coconut milk
